The new outlet center located near Prague airport opens for customers on 18^thMay 2018. KAPRAIN Group is one of the key project investors. In the first phase, there will be 20,000m²and about 100 stores, an extensive food court, and 2,400 parking places. With an additional 10,000m², the extension planned in the second phase will create the largest outlet in the Czech Republic.

Selected brands at the center, some of which are entering the Czech market for the first time, include Adidas, Benetton, Bogner, Frankie Morello, Gattinoni, Geox, Hamleys, Karl Lagerfeld, Marina Militare, Nike, Palmers, Pepe Jeans, Trussardi, and Versace Jeans.
