Mercury Shopping Center – a major bus transport hub and shopping center in Ceske Budejovice – will undergo significant renovation over the next five years. Planned expenditures of approximately CZK 100 million will be financed by the owner, KAPRAIN investment group. The majority of this amount will be invested during 2018 and 2019. Currently, the owner is drawing up plans for the center’s future development, with the first specific step aimed at increasing security. Subsequently, the food court will undergo modernization and enlargement. During the renovation work, there will be no significant restrictions on the operations of the center and roof bus terminal.

Mercury Shopping Center was opened in 2006. The underground garage offers 717 parking places, while the roof serves as a bus terminal, primarily for regional lines. Encompassing a usable area of 60.500 sqm, the center is a significant transport and shopping hub, serving ten thousand shoppers and travelers daily.
